Founded in 2014, CLT Recruiters focuses on a niche segment within the construction sector in the tri-state area. The largest part of our client-base are general contractors and real estate developers who manage impeccable high-end residential renovations and design-build projects. The candidates that we place on a regular basis are assistant project managers, project managers, site supervisors, and estimators who have experience working in the luxury residential construction market. While these are the roles we are always hiring for, we place candidates in various roles that support the function developers and contractors.
Our placement success has earned us word-of-mouth referrals which has expanded our client network to commercial contractors and skilled subcontractors who generally work in level 4-5 finishes. Carmine Timmoneri
Carmine is co-founder and managing partner of CLT Recruiters. He brings to the table a perspective unique to construction recruiting. Carmine comes from a business management background having worked for the venerable New York Times, as well as serving as CFO and General Manager for a high-end residential contractor based in NYC for 7 years. He has made a career of bringing together great candidates and great companies, and surrounding his clients with high caliber talent. Carmine is a graduate of St. John’s University Business Management program. He is a father of three, an avid Mets fan, and enjoys traveling with his family.
Lisa Timmoneri
Lisa is co-founder of CLT Recruiters and manages the sourcing process for our valued clients. She is extremely adept at speaking with potential candidates to understand their career goals and then matching them with an employer that meets their requirements. Having grown-up in her family’s high-end residential contracting business, Lisa deeply understands what it takes to make it in the construction industry in New York. She enjoys providing insightful professional advice while guiding candidates through the hiring process. When not in the office, Lisa can be found spending time with her three children, coaching soccer, and visiting with friends and family.
